Heavy rainfall, flooding, and strong winds are expected along the path of the storm.  You should continue to monitor local weather reports and follow the advice of local authorities.  The hurricane season in Cuba normally runs from June to November.  See the Natural Disasters section of this advice and  Tropical Cyclones for more details.
